Job summary

X-PHY is seeking a Technical Product Manager in Penang to own the product lifecycle from market understanding to strategy and commercialization. You will bridge technology, customers, and business strategy, working with R&D, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Sales, and Marketing to translate complex tech into market-ready cybersecurity solutions.

The role emphasizes defining product strategy, developing PRDs, and leading launches while aligning with commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management/Development or related roles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise tech, embedded systems, hardware security or related products.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Translate customer and market requirements into clear PRDs, specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work with R&D and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle and manage milestones and releases.
• Engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and translate it into product improvements.
• Lead product launch preparations with Sales, Marketing and Engineering and support pricing and go-to-market strategies.
