Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support CXOne digital and voice channels.
• Lead architectural standardization and documentation for contact centers.
• Collaborate with business teams to implement enhancements across DFO and IVR/ACD.
• Develop automation for MACs and leverage DevOps practices to improve operations.
