Job summary

OCBC is seeking an experienced Consumer/ Digital Designer to join a cross-functional team in delivering sophisticated digital experiences. You will design interfaces, wireframes and prototypes, support research and validation activities, and collaborate with product, business and technology stakeholders to translate customer needs into practical digital solutions.

You are expected to work with Figma/FigJam, contribute to design systems, and explore AI-enabled approaches to accelerate delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design or related field.
• Hands-on practitioner designing sophisticated digital products and interfaces.
• Ability to tell a clear design story to stakeholders at different levels.
• Experience supporting research, usability testing or customer validation.
• Proficient with Figma and FigJam; experience with design systems.
• Curious about AI initiatives and using AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborates effectively with service designers, researchers, product managers, engineers and business stakeholders.
• Growth mindset; able to work autonomously while staying detail-oriented.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving delivery environments and handling ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and business needs into intuitive, practical digital solutions.
• Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Support customer validation activities through interviews and usability studies.
• Create design assets and interaction details for delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders and design teams.
• Explore AI-enabled tools to speed up exploration and delivery.
• Contribute to design system standards and document interactions.
• Collaborate across disciplines to strengthen product design capability.
