Qualifications
- Proven experience managing automation and workflow optimisation projects.
- Hands-on experience with DevRev is essential.
- Strong experience gathering business requirements for technical teams.
- Experience planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the CX automation roadmap and report status to CX Management.
- Diagnose root causes of operational issues and implement fixes.
- Run requirement gathering and write build-ready specifications.
- Analyse bottlenecks in the Client Journey for automation value.
- Coordinate UAT and feedback loop for new automations.
