Job summary

Brandt International in Malaysia is seeking a customer service representative to provide first-level support via phone and email, ensuring enquiries are handled within the established service levels. You will manage customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalate unresolved issues, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records for tracking and reporting.

Fresh graduates are welcome; minimum SPM, with diploma or degree encouraged; strong Bahasa Malaysia and English

Qualifications

Customer-facing skills with clear communication.
Experience in handling inquiries and complaints is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level customer support via phone and email, ensuring all enquiries are handled within the established service level and turnaround time.
Manage customer enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant support teams and follow through until closure.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Deliver excellent customer experience by understanding customer needs and going the extra mile to meet expectations.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions for tracking and reporting purposes.
