Job summary

Exabytes in Penang, Malaysia offers a hands-on internship in the Customer Success team. You will assist Billing and Customer Service in daily operations while learning about accounts receivable and invoicing processes.

This 3-month internship requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, with English and Chinese language skills; Bahasa Malaysia is preferred. You will liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Assist Billing and Customer Service Department in daily operations
• Prepare aging schedules of Accounts Receivables
• Assist in the compilation of invoice reports, generating of outstanding billings, and other relevant documents
• Assist in liaising and coordinating with internal departments, and other external parties
