The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple departments, timely campaign delivery, and providing insights from regular campaign reporting. Strong communication and a passion for digital marketing are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
• Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or related field.
• Experience with digital advertising and influencer management is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Internet concepts and ability to discuss them confidently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales Account Managers and internal teams to ensure campaigns meet objectives.
• Assist in crafting responses to RFPs, proposals, and contracts.
• Build rapport with clients and provide timely information for decision-making.
• Liaise with backend departments to ensure campaigns go live on time and provide reports.
• Collaborate with Creative team to develop digital artwork as needed.
• Conduct sales analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities.

Customer Success Executive (Client Servicing - Project Manager)

Customer Success Executive will act as a primary liaison person between Sales Account Managers and other internal stakeholders within the company to ensure that digital advertising/influencer campaigns are implemented successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with relevant internal stakeholders within the company to ensure the digital advertising/influencers campaign meets its intended key objectives and deliverables.
• Assist Account Managers in crafting responses to RFPs, proposals, and contracts.
• Establish a high level of rapport with current and potential clients and provide accurate and timely information for decision-making purposes.
• Responsible for Liaised with the backend departments to ensure every digital campaign is live on time and updating clients on weekly and monthly reports.
• Work closely with the Creative department to develop the digital artwork, if required by the client
• Conduct regular sales analysis to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify opportunities to ensure that the objectives of the digital advertising campaign are met.
• Attend meetings with clients or internal stakeholders to discuss campaign/project-related matters.
• To carry out additional tasks/work as directed by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Qualification and experience

• At least 2 years of experience in the digital marketing industry.
• Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or any related advanced education.
• Digital Advertising and Influencer management experience will be an added advantage.
• Working experience in a similar capacity in an advertising environment will give an edge.
• Must have good knowledge of Internet concepts and confidently discuss them.
• A passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying ahead in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, social, and presentation skills, with the ability to entertain, engage, and connect with your audience.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage tasks independently, and learn quickly.
• A result-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on conversions, goals, funnels, sales & results.
• The ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong understanding of target audience preferences and behaviors.
• Familiarity with Digital Advertising, Google Ads such as Facebook or other Social Media Ads would be advantageous.
