Job summary

OneWorks is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Kuala Lumpur to be the first contact for customers and ensure positive interactions. You will listen to needs, guide solutions, and resolve issues promptly to keep customers satisfied.

This role welcomes fresh graduates and offers rotational shifts (nights, weekends, public holidays) in Kuchai Lama, KL. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication is required.
