Working Hours: Day Shifts Only (Permanent Off day on Sunday)

Responsibilities
  • Product Support: Assist customers with printer-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
  • Communication: Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer emails, calls, and chats
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery
Qualifications
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with printer hardware and software is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal (Mandarin & English) and written communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the printing industry. Fresh graduate is welcomed!
