Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia in Penang is seeking a dedicated professional to manage customer orders and forecasts in the IFS system. You will act as the main contact for customers on orders, forecasts, delivery schedules, and changes, coordinating with Planning, Production, Material, and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in Customer Service or manufacturing, strong communication skills, and a solid command of English.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
2–5 years in Customer Service or manufacturing preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good command of English and proficient with Excel.
Experience with ERP/IFS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders and update forecasts in the IFS system.
Communicate with customers on orders, forecasts, delivery schedules and changes.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, Material and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor customer orders and follow up on delays or shortages.
Maintain accurate customer and order information in the system.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Follow up on customer payment and account reconciliation.
Escalate issues to supervisor when necessary.
