Our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Senior) to join their team!
What you'll be doing?

Respond to inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional approach.

Resolve complaints: Efficiently and professionally handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction.

Maintain records: Keep accurate records of all customer interactions to ensure smooth follow-ups and resolutions.

Collaborate internally: Work closely with internal departments to provide effective solutions and appropriately escalated unresolved issues.

Provide information: Clearly communicate product and service information to customers, ensuring they are well‑informed.

Process requests: Handle orders, applications, and customer requests with precision and efficiency.

Follow up: Ensure full resolution and satisfaction by following up with customers post‑interaction.

Stay updated: Keep abreast of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

Support sales: Assist the sales team and perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Who are they looking for?

Experience: Minimum of 2‑3 years in customer service or a related role, with strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.

Language proficiency: Proficient in Mandarin, with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, as most of our customers are Mandarin‑speaking.
