Job summary

GS Paperboard & Packaging Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable customer support liaison to respond promptly to customer problems, complaints, and suggestions. The role requires a Diploma or equivalent and strong MS Office skills to document and track issues effectively.

You should be resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, coordinating with teams to resolve queries and maintain high customer satisfaction. This is an entry-to-mid level position based in Malaysia.
