Job Responsibilities:
Customer Sales and Sample Orders:
- Process customer orders for Singapore, Malaysia, ANZ (Australia/New Zealand), and China customers.
- Coordinate with Product Managers (PM) for price approvals, including new customer setups and new part registrations.
Supplier Coordination and Expediting:
- Follow up with suppliers and work with the India SCM (Supply Chain Management) team to expedite Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD).
Customer Support:
- Provide prompt responses to customer requests for Purchase Orders (RPO), cancellations, and any changes.
- Update product part numbers, pricing, and lead times for EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) customers and support yearly pricing negotiations.
- Handle RFQs (Requests for Quotes), AMS (Aftermarket Services), and project bidding.
Special Documentation and Labelling:
- Prepare and coordinate special labelling and documentation based on key customer delivery requirements.
Inventory and Payment Monitoring:
- Track aging stocks and overdue customer payments.
- Provide regular reports on POS (Point of Sale) and Bill of Lading (BL) statuses, typically every Friday.
Stock Level Management:
- Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking and adjust purchase plans accordingly.
Supplier Negotiations:
- Negotiate delivery terms and schedules with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Requirements
Education:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
Skills:
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
