Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Penang is seeking a Customer Service Executive to create a welcoming experience for patients and to support the smooth daily operation of the dental clinic.

You will greet patients, handle registration and check-in, manage appointments, respond to enquiries by phone and WhatsApp, and coordinate with dentists and staff to maintain a steady patient flow.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; strong English and Bahasa Malaysia are preferred; weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, healthcare or a dental clinic is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist them with registration and check-in.
• Manage appointments, reminders, rescheduling and patient follow-ups.
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Explain general clinic services, procedures, promotions and payment options clearly.
• Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to maintain an efficient patient flow.
• Handle payments, receipts and basic administrative records accurately.
• Maintain updated and confidential patient information.
• Follow up with potential and existing patients to support appointment conversion and retention.
• Resolve patient concerns calmly, professionally and with empathy.
• Assist with other front-desk and clinic administrative duties when required.

• Comfortable using computers, messaging applications and basic office systems.
• Organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy environment.
