Job summary

Watsons in Johor Bahru is seeking a customer-focused cashier to deliver friendly, professional service and ensure smooth shop operations. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to promote the Watsons VIP Member Card, manage stock levels, and support weekend and holiday shifts. Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
