• Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity.

• To assist in implementation of always-on customer outreach and engagement programs
• To assist in developing target segment / audience for customer engagement communication
• To assist in campaign performance tracking and benchmarking and to provide actionable insights in supporting desired targets and results
• To assist in compiling & analyzing internal and external market research data to identify insights to support business decision
