Job summary

HEALTH LANE FAMILY PHARMACY SDN BHD is hiring for a customer service oriented role in our retail pharmacy. You will engage with customers, answer inquiries, and help build strong customer relationships.

You will also manage cashiering tasks, assist in merchandising, maintain stock levels, and ensure the storefront remains clean, tidy, and well organized. Ad hoc administrative duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customers service to customers
• Willing to interacts with customer, answer customer enquiry and build relationship
• Cashiering-be-ing responsible for processing cash and card payments
• Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level
• Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display
• Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
