Job summary

AS Watson Group is seeking a customer-focused sales assistant to operate the shop, provide friendly service, and manage cashier duties. The role includes maintaining stock, promoting the Watsons VIP Member Card, and assisting customers with queries in Bahasa Melayu and English.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Malaysian citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Must have completed PMR/PT3/SKM or equivalent.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with strong drive and good communication.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills, adaptable and results‑oriented.
• Outgoing personality with high energy; Malaysian citizen.
