Job summary

SilTerra Malaysia seeks a capable engineering professional to act as the technical interface to customers and the fab, ensuring smooth data exchange and robust program management. You will participate in yield improvement, product development and qualification, and lead technology transfer and new intro programs for customers.

You will provide active support to Sales & Marketing to close new business, and you will own customer tapeout activities, prototype lots, and qualification ramp for rapid

Qualifications

• Degree in electronics-related field from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of device physics and electrical testing principles.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis for quality and yield.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical interface to customers and the fab, ensuring smooth data exchange.
• Deliver technical program management to sustain customer relationships.
• Assist with customer sort/FT yield improvement, product development and qualification.
• Support customer tech transfer/development and lead new tech introduction programs.
• Provide active support to Sales & Marketing to close new business.
• Own and support customer tapeout and prototype lots, coordinating qualification activities.
• Collaborate with Yield Engineering to meet yield entitlements.
• Work with manufacturing to meet production goals.

Job Summary:

• To provide technical interface to customers & the fab and ensure smooth exchange of technical data
• To provide technical program management to sustain the customers
• To participate in/assist customer sort/FT yield improvement, product development & qualification
• To aid in customer technology transfer/development, lead/participate in new technology development & introduction program for customer
• To provide active support/technical expertise to Sales & Marketing to close new business
• To own & provide technical support to customer tapeout, own & process prototype lot, coordinate/support post-fabout customer prototype qualification activities to ramp the proto device into production in shortest possible time
• Work with Yield Engineering to meet/exceed product yield entitlement
• Work with manufacturing team to meet the production goals

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Microelectronics/Applied Physics/Material Sciences or related field from a recognized institution
• Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in relevant field such as IC Design, Product Engineering, Product Quality & Failure Analysis, NPI (for Senior Engineers).
