Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and feedback and collect feedback forms from suggestion boxes.
• Collect outpatient and inpatient feedback for dissemination to AM/UM/HOS.
• Chaperon patients to destinations.
• Prepare and manage the KPJ Care Card.
• Handle online appointments.
• Participate in new services introduced by KPJ.
• Ensure compliance with MSQH Hospital Accreditation policies and records.
• Address patient and family rights at all times.
• Adhere to patient safety goals and World Alliance for Patient Safety recommendations.
• Adhere to Standard People Practice (SPP).

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Handling customer complaints and feedback and to ensure all collection of customer feedback forms from all suggestion boxes.
2. To collect all feedbacks for outpatient and inpatient to be disseminated to all AM/UM/HOS concern.
3. To chaperon patient to the destination.
4. To prepare and manage the KPJ Care Card

6. 6. Participate actively in any other new service that is introduced
7. 7. Ensure all policies and procedures of MSQH Hospital Accreditation are adhered to and records maintained, if and when these programs are implemented.
8. 8. Ensure the policies on patient’s and family’s rights are addressed at all times.
9. 9.Ensure compliance to Patient safety goals as safety improvement measures recommended by World Alliance for Patient Safety (2008)
