Job summary

Watsons in Kuala Lumpur seeks a retail associate to deliver friendly and professional customer service while ensuring smooth shop operations and stock availability. The role also involves cashier duties and promoting the Watsons VIP Member Card.

Ideal candidates will have PMR/PT3/SKM and strong communication, interpersonal, and energetic traits, with willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Malaysian citizens preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM.
• Languages: Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
• Malaysian citizenship required.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry is an added advantage.
