Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a retail associate to deliver friendly, professional customer service and to operate the cashier desk while promoting the Watsons VIP Member Card.

You will ensure smooth shop operations, maintain stock levels, and assist customers with energy and a positive attitude. Candidates must be Malaysian citizens, able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays; health/retail pharmacy experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Outgoing personality with high energy.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage.
