Job summary

Ria Money Transfer in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Money Exchange Officer to oversee daily currency operations across stores and agents, ensuring smooth transactions, accurate recording, and reliable customer service.

You will monitor currency stock levels, coordinate with banks and money changers for supply and competitive rates, and supervise junior staff to sustain efficient operations from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, five days a week.

• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations across stores and agents.
• Verify and approve transactions across stores and agents.
• Monitor currency stock levels and ensure timely updates to stores.
• Coordinate with banks and money changers for currency supply and rates.
• Prepare and submit daily and periodic operational reports.
• Guide and monitor junior staff and agents in daily operations.
