Job summary

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services firm, seeks a senior facilities design lead for semiconductor projects in Malaysia. You will oversee design management, construction support, and compliance across complex delivery phases.

Strong stakeholder coordination and communication are essential to drive successful outcomes. With 15+ years of relevant experience and knowledge of process chemical systems, you will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize design and delivery,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of semiconductor facility design and construction experience.
• Experience with process chemical systems (pure water, wastewater, bulk chemicals, and gases) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction contracts, design scope changes, submittals, and construction support.
• Lead design reviews and provide engineering, constructability, and compliance feedback.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support incident investigations and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Manage infrastructure databases, drawings, and engineering records.
• Perform capacity vs. demand gap analysis and prepare scope recommendations.
• Prepare and present weekly project reports.
