Job summary

ARTANS CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a competent CSA Engineer to oversee and coordinate civil, structural and architectural works at the project site. The role ensures construction activities conform to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety rules and schedules.

You will work with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to drive timely completion, supervise earthworks, concrete, steel, finishes, and coordinate testing, inspections and setting-out.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating civil, structural and architectural works.
• Ability to review drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction activities, including earthworks, drainage, roads and concrete works.
• Monitor site progress against approved drawings and specs.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing and inspections.
• Check setting-out, levels, and site measurements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate architectural works to avoid clashes with Civil/Structural/M&E.
• Prepare site records, progress reports and documentation.
• Attend inspections and coordinate rectification of defects.
