Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. in Malaysia seeks an experienced CSA Construction Manager to supervise Civil, Structural and Architectural work on a mission-critical data center project. You will represent the client on site, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with design intent and local codes.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely delivery, with close collaboration with M&E teams and stakeholders to resolve interface issues and manage progress across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of CSA experience on data center, mission-critical, or semiconductor projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSA-MEP interfaces and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Represent client on-site to oversee CSA construction activities.
• Monitor main contractor’s execution of structural and architectural works.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and design standards.
• Coordinate CSA with M&E teams and manage interfaces.
• Review QA/QC, ITBs, method statements, submittals, and progress reports.
