Job summary

Hytech Consulting Management Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a product leader to shape and enhance financial market products across multiple asset classes, from strategy through to launch and enablement.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, drive data-informed decisions, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and compliance to ensure successful market adoption and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial products (FX, commodities, equities, fixed income, funds or cryptocurrency).
• Independent management of the full product lifecycle from requirements to launch.
• Fast learner with ability to articulate product logic and align with teams.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Product Associate.
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop trading product strategy, market positioning, and regional demand insights.
• Manage product lifecycle including research, design, and launches.
• Develop roadmaps and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Diagnose issues via data analysis and drive optimization.
• Create product manuals and enablement materials for sales and marketing.
• Prepare SOPs and workflows with step-by-step guidelines.
