Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a CRM Developer (Mid-Level to Senior) to join our office-based team. With 6+ years of hands-on experience, you will design, develop, and optimize our CRM systems to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.

You will work on integrating CRM with enterprise applications, ensuring security and performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in application development, with at least 4 years in a working Dynamics CRM.
• Strong proficiency in C# for writing plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics Service module and OOTB features of service management.
• Experience in designing and implementing the Service/Sales CRM module.
• Good to have ReactJS development or integration with CRM exposure.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
