Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced CRM Developer (mid-level to senior) to design, develop, and optimize our CRM systems, leveraging Dynamics CRM and C#. The role requires at least 6 years of hands-on experience and office-based work in Kuala Lumpur.

You will integrate CRM with other enterprise applications, ensure security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and improved customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in application development, with at least 4 years in a working Dynamics CRM.
• Strong proficiency in C# for writing plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics Service module and OOTB features of service management.
• Experience in designing and implementing the Service/Sales CRM module.
• Good to have react JS development or integration with CRM exposure.
