Job summary

Informa TechTarget is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Data Analyst to join our Brand to Demand team. The role focuses on maintaining CRM data integrity through acquisition, processing, and validation activities.

You will work with Salesforce, Tableau or Power BI, perform data profiling, cleansing, and collaborate with data engineering and sales to ensure CRM accuracy and timely data delivery. The position supports hybrid work with in-office collaboration several days a week and options to work

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in data sourcing, acquisition, or related research roles.
• Experience in data profiling, cleansing, and quality validation, ideally in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with data visualisation platforms like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong focus on data accuracy.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct data anomalies and discrepancies in the CRM
• Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, extraction processes, and flow diagrams
• Leverage ETL & AI tools for data acquisition, processing, and ingestion
• Schedule and manage data acquisition to ensure timely data availability
• Lead and manage some data maintenance projects for the CRM independently
• Stay current with evolving tools and best practices in data sourcing, processing and content preparation, including AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align data gathering efforts with business needs
• Partner with Data Engineering to promote scalability and process efficiency
• Build collaborative relationships with Informa TechTarget colleagues, vendors, and tech experts
• Become a trusted partner of the sales teams to ensure the CRM continues to be an accurate tool for sales success
• Proactively detect and manage risks impacting deliverables and timelines
• Ensure adherence to research methodologies and compliance standards
• Communicate with leadership to share insights, suggest improvements, and support operational excellence

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-orientedCRM Data Analystto join our Brand to Demand business unit. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and quality of our CRM database through systematic data acquisition, processing, and validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Quality Assurance
