Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is seeking a retail associate to drive outlet sales and support daily operations across assigned territories. The role includes product display, customer service, and maintaining clean, well-stocked merchandising areas while supporting weekend and holiday shifts.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude, with training provided for school leavers and ongoing development opportunities in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations preferred.
• Able to maintain shop cleanliness and product display.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve targets for assigned businesses and territories.
• Support in day-to-day outlet operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Assist in product display and customer service to enhance shopping experience.
• Wrap and handle gift items, manage merchandise area cleanliness and tidiness.
• Ensure cookies bin is full and outlet housekeeping is consistent.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required by the supervisor.

Job Summary

• Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.

General Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating of retail outlet to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Bake cookies and muffins.
• Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean.
• Ensure consistency in housekeeping of the outlet
• Ensure merchandise area clean and tidy.
• Assist in wrapping of gift items.
• Assist in product display.
• Assist in customer service.
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager
• Functional Skills and Knowledge
• Demonstrate basic knowledge in the management of retail operations
• Able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.
• Good working attitude and pleasant disposition.
• School leavers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided

Education

• Candidate must possess PMR or SPM.
