Job summary

DKSH in Penang seeks a retail sales associate to drive outlet sales and meet targets across assigned territories. You will deliver strong customer service, maintain clean merchandise displays and assist in wrapping gifts and shop housekeeping.

You will also lead teammates in daily tasks and handle ad hoc duties as directed, with shifts including weekends and public holidays. At least 1 year of relevant experience and PMR/SPM qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have Malaysian citizenship and be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to work in shifts, on public holidays and weekends.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

• Bake cookies and muffins.


• Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean.


• Ensure consistency in housekeeping of the shop.


• Ensure the merchandise area is clean and tidy


• Assist in wrapping of gift items


• Assist in product display.


• Assist in customer service.


• Leading and guiding teammates in daily operational tasks.


• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager.

Functional Skills And Knowledge

• Must be willing to work in shifts, on public holidays, and weekends.


• Must have a positive and good work attitude.


• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
