Job summary

CMA CGM Malaysia's FICOM Finance Corporate Office invites a Credit Analyst to oversee the credit evaluation and review processes for customers, including new applications and renewals. You will support team development, lead process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain risk controls and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial profiles and creditworthiness, identify risk exposures, and recommend credit limits with justifications.
• Perform new credit applications and annual reviews and maintain accurate credit data.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and guide the credit analyst team to ensure timely credit assessments.
• Drive process improvements, automation projects, and system enhancements while ensuring risk controls.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs and ensure timely reporting.
