Job summary

CMA CGM FICOM in Subang Jaya seeks a credit professional to oversee customer credit evaluations, renewals, and risk assessments within defined timelines. You will assess creditworthiness, propose limits, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

You will lead a small team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen controls and support strategic credit decisions across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial profiles and creditworthiness, identify risk exposures, and recommend credit limits with justifications for management approval.
• Perform new credit applications and annual reviews for expired accounts across the Group.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and provide guidance to the credit analyst team to ensure timely and accurate completion of assessments.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, automation projects, system enhancements, and lead UAT activities to improve workflow and risk controls.
• Monitor team performance; ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on credit processes, policies, and operational matters.
• Participate in monthly Regional Credit Management meetings and support discussions on credit-related matters.
• Prepare periodic reports and analyses for management review.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance operations.
• Draft and prepare credit agreements in line with country regulations.
