Jora Malaysia is seeking a Credit Officer to provide essential administrative support to the loan operations team, with a focus on organizing client records, loan documents, and other files. Fresh graduates are welcome as part of the intake.

You will assist in preparing and submitting loan applications, communicating with clients to gather required documents, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company policies. Teamwork and problem-solving are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the loan operations team.
• Maintain and organize client records, loan documents, and other operational files.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies regarding documentation and data handling.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of loan applications.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation for loan processing.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, or concerns promptly.
• Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and meet company goals.
• Assist in maintaining and improving internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with the valuation firm to obtain property market reports and ensure valuations align with market benchmarks.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
