Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• 1.5–2 years’ experience in AR collection for enterprise/corporate clients (B2B).
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable) and basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Corporate AR and ensure timely payment collection.
• Generate SOA and reconcile customer records with bank statements.
• Follow up on payment details and escalate with collections as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve billing issues and disputes.
• Prepare monthly aging and management reports.
• Attend auditor queries and participate in process improvements.
