Responsibilities

• Perform credit reviews and margin assessments for new and existing clients.
• Issue facility offer letters and manage end-to-end facility arrangements, including documentation and approvals.
• Prepare and submit regulatory and risk reports on a timely basis.
• Observe market developments and analyse risk factors affecting portfolios.
• Perform daily margin controls and monitor client positions and collateral exposure.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform credit reviews and margin assessments for new and existing clients.
• Issue formal facility offer letters and manage the end-to-end facility arrangement process, including document preparation, internal approvals, client execution, signing formalities, and tax payment.
• Prepare and submit regular regulatory reports and risk reports in a timely manner.
• Observe global market developments and analyse key risk issues that may impact client portfolios or credit exposures.
• Perform daily margin control functions and monitor client positions and collateral exposure.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Risk Management, Economics, Accounting, Business, or other related fields.
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant academic background or internship exposure within financial services, risk, or credit-related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, credit risk concepts, or margin financing would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in daily work processes is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic office tools.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage due to stakeholder communication needs; however, candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
