Responsabilités

• Check completeness of applications and documents.
• Review income documents and calculate verified income.
• Detect fraudulent apps and escalate suspicious docs.
• Approve loans within delegated authority and timelines.
• Maintain quality measured by IL / NCL rates.
• Advise on applications beyond officer authority.
• Verify customer/personal employment details as needed.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Report suspicious money laundering activities if any.
• Adhere to all credit policies and guidelines; perform other tasks.
