Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is hiring in Ipoh for a role that promotes and sells Credit Cards and Aeon Member Plus Card products. You will ensure applications are properly prepared for approval and develop strategies to grow sales, while maintaining high customer service standards and strict regulatory compliance.

The position requires self-motivation, the ability to work shifts including holidays and weekends, and driving qualifications.

Qualifications

Passionate and self-driven.
Minimum SPM with 2 years sales experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Working experience in financial industry will be an advantage.
Have own transportation.
Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Able to work on shift, public holiday and weekends.
Willing to travel and work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

To sell/promote Credit Cards & Aeon Member Plus Card product.
To ensure all applications are in proper order prior to submission for approval.
To create an opportunities and strategy to develop new sales and consistently increase individual or team achievements.
To ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the company.
To have the best practice in all related compliance and regulatory requirements (Do’s and Don’ts).
