Job summary

ORIX Leasing Malaysia Berhad invites applications for a credit analyst role in Kuala Lumpur. You will undertake credit appraisal and provide recommendations for loan applications, ensuring adherence to credit strategies and policies.

You will perform post-loan reviews, prepare default-related reports, and assist in moratorium, rescheduling, and restructuring processes, while supporting system enhancements and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proficient in English with strong report writing.
• Strong analytical skills with good business sense.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Undertake credit appraisal and recommendation for applications
• Post loan review and preparation of first default reports, moratorium / rescheduling / restructuring and final loss applications
• Ensure credit review on all applications are in compliance with the company's credit strategy and policies
• Conduct industry study and regular update on economic review for the reference of all business units to keep abreast with the fast changing business landscape and environment
• To support and participate in credit related projects, system enhancement and process improvement.
• Conduct site visit together with the Business Units for credit evaluation of potential/existing clients when necessary.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS office applications
• Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encourage to apply
