Job summary

Boost Holdings Sdn Bhd invites applications for an internship focused on loan application processing, documentation, and disbursement support in a banking environment. You will assist in maintaining loan files, respond to inquiries, and support reporting and data management tasks.

We seek a student with a relevant finance/business degree, attention to detail, and strong Microsoft Office skills, able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Minimum 3-month internship with CGPA 3.5+ required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, Economy or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Minimum 3 months internship required.
• CGPA 3.5 and above.

Responsibilities

• Verify completeness and accuracy of loan applications in line with bank policies and procedures
• Prepare and review loan documentation, ensuring compliance with approved terms and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and process disbursements, ensuring all conditions precedent are met
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan files and records, both in physical and electronic formats
• Respond to customer and internal team inquiries related to loan administration processes
• Assist in tracking repayments, delinquencies, and loan performance for reporting purposes
• Assist in generating loan-related reports for management review
