Job summary

Corkcicle Malaysia is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to grow our online sales through affiliate creators and livestreamers. You will identify, recruit and develop partners who promote our products and turn their content into sales within the e-commerce team.

This is a sales-focused role measured by affiliate orders, revenue, active partners and profitability. You will manage onboarding, training, briefs, and campaign readiness to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop creator management or live commerce.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop affiliate tools and creator collaboration processes.
• Comfortable approaching creators, negotiating terms and following up consistently.
• Able to evaluate partners based on sales potential.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets to track outreach, campaigns and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach relevant affiliate creators, livestreamers, and creator agencies, focusing on TikTok Shop.
• Assess partners based on audience fit, content quality and sales performance.
• Negotiate commission, samples and collaboration terms within approved budgets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential and active affiliates.
• Onboard affiliates with product selection and campaign participation; provide training and briefs.
• Coordinate samples and livestream schedules; ensure timely content delivery.
• Track affiliate-generated sales, orders and programme costs; report results.
