Job summary

Deriv is seeking an Individual Contributor designer to lead the creation of AI-powered workflows and internal tools that scale creative production. You’ll collapse timelines, automate processes, and enable rapid, repeatable output across campaigns and channels.

You’ll work with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and APIs to build scripts, small apps, and automation while collaborating in GitHub with engineers to ensure quality and scalability.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in design, motion, brand, creative production, or a similar hands-on creative role.
