Job summary

iMotorbike, Southeast Asia's trusted used-motorcycle marketplace, seeks a Marketing and Content Executive to lead social media end-to-end. This on-site role requires a storyteller who can shoot, edit, write, and post, while supporting campaigns and activations.

You will create content strategies, manage channels, engage communities, track KPIs, and collaborate with influencers. Fresh grads welcome with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field; CapCut/Premiere Pro skills favored; English

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for social platforms.
• Create high-quality visual and written content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and posts.
• Shoot, edit, produce engaging videos for social campaigns.
• Write captions, scripts, and copy aligned with brand voice.
• Ensure content is on-brand and optimized for each platform.
• Manage and schedule content across channels with a consistent posting schedule.
• Engage with followers and build a strong online community.
• Monitor trends and hashtags to leverage engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach.
• Track social performance metrics and analyze engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Provide reports on content effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Stay updated on social trends and best practices.
• Brainstorm and assist in marketing campaigns and on-ground activations.
• Contribute to brand storytelling via blogs, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Work with marketing and design teams to align content with brand goals.
• Support other marketing activities and ad-hoc tasks.
