MJ Creative SDN. BHD. in Bukit Mertajam, Penang, is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join as a full-time member.

You will work on diverse projects from concept development to final implementation, collaborating with clients, architects and contractors to bring innovative design solutions to life. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design with a proven portfolio across various sectors, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
Proven interior design experience with a robust project portfolio across residential, commercial or hospitality sectors.
Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Develop creative interior design concepts and solutions aligned with client briefs and project requirements.
Create detailed drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software.
Conduct site visits and measurements to gather project information.
Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback into final designs.
Source materials, finishes, furniture and lighting within budget constraints.
Prepare design specifications, material schedules and cost estimates.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure design implementation.
Monitor projects during execution to maintain design integrity and quality.
Stay updated with current design trends, materials and technologies.
