Job summary

Armani Group in Malaysia is seeking a creative Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer with 5+ years of industry experience to turn concepts into captivating spaces and high-impact visuals. You will work with AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop and Illustrator to develop concepts, 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings, ensuring designs meet project specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in interior design, property, construction, or architectural visualization.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator or equivalent software.
• Strong skills in 3D modelling, rendering, lighting, materials, space planning, and visualization.
• Able to understand and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Strong design sense with good attention to detail and creativity.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality interior, architectural, and 3D visualizations is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, space planning, mood boards, and presentations based on project requirements.
• Create high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and visualizations for interior and architectural projects.
• Prepare technical drawings and ensure designs are accurate and aligned with project specifications.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, furnishings, and other design elements.
• Work closely with the Director, project managers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to develop and deliver design concepts.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation, progress, and quality.
• Manage multiple projects and assigned design tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
