Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-powered tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles including typography, layout, branding, visual storytelling, UI fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality assets across digital, print, web, social media, product marketing and events while ensuring brand consistency.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and improve quality and efficiency.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual solutions aligned with business objectives and Exabytes' brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Enterprise teams to develop impactful campaigns.
• Mentor junior designers and continuously improve design processes and standards.

• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and improve the quality and efficiency of creative deliverables.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions that align with business objectives, marketing strategies, and Exabytes' brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Enterprise teams to develop impactful campaigns and creative initiatives.
• Support creative excellence by mentoring junior designers, sharing best practices, and continuously improving creative processes and design standards.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, branding, or digital marketing with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, RunwayML, Canva AI, and Freepik AI.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, branding, visual storytelling, UI fundamentals, and user-centric design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and passion for continuous learning and AI innovation.
