Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience in print and digital media.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, print, and digital work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality designs for digital and print media.
• Design marketing materials including posters, brochures, flyers, banners, catalogs, annual reports, packaging, and signage.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with colour management, bleed, crop marks, and finishing requirements.
• Create visuals for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and printing vendors to ensure quality output and timely delivery.

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for visual storytelling, strong expertise in both digital and print design, and the ability to leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality designs for both digital and print media.
• Design marketing materials including posters, brochures, flyers, banners, buntings, catalogues, company profiles, annual reports, books, magazines, booklets, packaging, signage, exhibition materials, and other promotional collateral.
• Prepare print-ready artwork, ensuring compliance with commercial printing specifications, colour management, bleed, crop marks, and finishing requirements.
• Create engaging visuals for social media, websites, presentations, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing platforms.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and printing vendors to ensure quality output and timely project delivery.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Review and approve artwork before production to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers while promoting creative excellence within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, printing technologies, and AI-powered creative solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with strong exposure to both print production and digital media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across branding, marketing, commercial printing, and digital campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of commercial printing processes, print production, colour management (CMYK/RGB), artwork preparation, and finishing techniques.
• Proven experience in designing books, magazines, booklets, posters, brochures, catalogues, packaging, signage, large-format printing, and exhibition materials.
• Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms to improve design workflows, ideation, content creation, and productivity.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) is an added advantage.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, branding, visual hierarchy, and user-focused design principles.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio is mandatory and must be submitted together with your application.
