Job summary

ZUS COFFEE seeks a Senior Interior Designer in Malaysia to lead creative direction for outlets and store concepts, translating brand identity into immersive spaces. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in interior design, architecture, industrial design or related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant design experience, preferably with F&B, retail, hospitality or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, design narratives and visual directions for existing design, ad hoc projects or new themed store if required.
• Ensure design concepts are innovative, distinctive and aligned with ZUS COFFEE's brand identity.
• Review and guide design development from concept stage through to final execution.
• Ensure consistency of design language across different outlet formats and locations.
• Balance creativity with functionality, construction feasibility, budget and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and outsource designers.
• Work closely with Brands, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of design projects.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, prototypes and site implementation where required.
• Identify new materials, finishes, fabrication techniques and design technologies that can enhance ZUS COFFEE outlets.
