Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional copywriting experience in a creative, advertising or digital agency.
• A strong portfolio showing concept development and compelling copy.
• Excellent written and spoken English with sharp grammar, tone and detail.
• Experience writing for digital campaigns, social media, websites and video content.
• Ability to develop creative concepts beyond single pieces of copy.
• Strong branding and audience-focused communication understanding.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts, campaign ideas and messaging from briefs and insights.
• Craft headlines, taglines and narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with Creative Director to ensure copy aligns with visuals and campaign direction.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming, reviews and pitches.
• Write engaging copy across digital, social, print and OOH channels.
• Develop scripts for brand films, digital ads and social videos.
• Create content for websites, landing pages, emails and social media.
• Adapt messaging for different audiences and stages of the customer journey.
• Translate complex propositions into simple, engaging stories and develop distinct brand voices.
• Present concepts and copy rationale to teams and clients; manage multiple projects with deadlines.
